Postpartum Support Package

$800
 

   *  Minimum of 48- hours or more (split into 6-8 hour shifts)​

    - Additional hours will be at an hourly rate based on time of     

       day/evening/overnight

   *  In-home, daytime, evening, night, or overnights support

   *  Newborn care while you rest 

   *  Companionship/ informational/ emotional support
   *  Light housekeeping

   *  Assistance with baby and sibling bonding

   *  Family resources/referrals

Birth & Postpartum Support Package

   *  2 Prenatal visits (in person or virtual) to discuss birth wishes and postpartum planning

   *  At home, birthing center, or hospital, for vaginal or c-section births

   *  Attendance of labor and birth   

   *  Immediate postpartum support

   *  Minimum of 48- hours or more (split into 6-8 hour shifts)

    - Additional hours will be at an hourly rate based on time of   

       day/evening/overnight 

   *  Designated back-up doula  (as needed only)

   *  Text, phone, email support  

Birth Doula Support Package

   

   *  2 Prenatal visits (in person or virtual) to discuss birth wishes and postpartum planning

   *  Birth planning

   *  Attendance of labor and birth

   *  At home, birthing center, or hospital, for vaginal or c-section births

   *  Designated back-up doula  (as needed only)

   *  Immediate postpartum support

   *  1 Postpartum home check-in, 1 virtual check-in
